‘Echoes Through Eternity’ is one of those songs that was a complete afterthought. We were playing around with the reverb and delay settings in the recording studio and this piano stream of consciousness flowed out. Completely improvised in one take in the moment, and I’ve never played it again since I recorded it. It’s the only song in my collection that uses the heavy delay to such effect. The song is in the key of e minor and 4/4 time and a hypnotic 7 minutes. It’s a great piano chill track.
